Suspenders

Suspenders, also known as braces, are a great alternative to a belt, especially if you want to add a touch of flair or a twist to your outfit. You can choose solid colors to suit your style, or go bold and playful with patterned or more colorful braces. 

Originally, suspenders were developed to hold up high-waisted trousers, but today their purpose as trouser holders has taken a back seat to their use as accessories. Of course, the original function of suspenders as trouser holders is still a very viable alternative to a belt, and often much more comfortable for the wearer—especially if, for example, you have a long dinner planned.
