Saarni GB Oy welcomes all customers. In commercial relations, we comply with the applicable Finnish and EU legislation regarding consumer trade, marketing, and advertising. In the commercial agreement between business customers and Saarni GB Oy, these terms and conditions primarily apply, and otherwise, the Finnish Commercial Code is followed.

Purpose of processing personal data:
Saarni – Gentlemen’s Boutique collects visitor information on its online service to provide relevant content to the visitor and to speed up the display of information. Based on visitor information, the functionality of the online service is developed, and market research as well as advertising and marketing for Saarni GB Oy are conducted.
Content of the register:
The register contains the following personal data:
- First and last name of the person, year of birth, email address, postal address, billing address, as well as possible username and password.

The register contains information provided by the user themselves or actions automatically recorded through cookies in the online service. Saarni GB Oy collects information through various forms on the website, such as newsletter subscriptions, surveys, or competitions.
Regular disclosures of data and transfer of data outside the EU or EEA:
Information is not disclosed for marketing purposes to external companies by the data controller. The servers and other technical tools used in processing the information may be owned and managed by an external service provider used by the data controller. Depending on the service provider, the information is located in Finland or outside Finnish borders in the data repositories of the owners of the services used by Saarni GB Oy. They may also be outside the EU or EEA.
Use of cookies
We use so-called cookies on our website. A cookie is a small text file sent to and stored on the user's computer, which allows the website administrator to recognize frequent visitors, facilitate users' login to the site, and enable the compilation of aggregate data about visitors. Principles of register protection:
There is no manual material. The registry data is collected into the marketing system to which Saarni GB Oy's restricted and designated employees have personal credentials. Usage requires logging into the information system, with strong passwords in use.
Rights of the data subject
Every registered person has the right to know what information about them has been stored in the register or to find out if they are in the register. The registered person also has the right to request the correction, deletion, or completion of their data. A request concerning the right of inspection must be made in writing and must include the name and email address of the registered person. Saarni GB Oy does not accept data inspection requests by phone or at its office, but always requires a written data inspection request. The registered person has the right to request their data to be corrected, deleted, or completed.
A customer will only be removed from the marketing communications register when they remove themselves from the marketing communication list. One can unsubscribe from all marketing communications via the link provided or by making a separate request.
We will delete the customer's data no later than 5 years after the customer's last purchase or other activity in which the customer has been active towards Saarni GB Oy's business, excluding data deletion requests.
