Saarni GB Oy welcomes all customers. In the business relationship, applicable Finnish and EU legislation is followed in terms of consumer trade, marketing and advertising. In the sales contract between corporate customers and Saarni GB Oy, these terms and conditions and, in other respects, the Finnish Commercial Code are primarily observed.

The customer is obliged to hand over his complete contact information when placing the order, which includes at least the name, address and phone number of the consumer customer, and possibly an email address. The information required from business customers is the contact person's name, phone number and email as well as social security number, postal address, phone number or numbers and, if necessary, the billing address.

Purpose of personal data processing:

Saarni – Gentlemen's Boutique collects visitor information in its online service in order to provide the visitor with relevant content and to speed up the display of information. Based on the visitor data, the operation of the online service is developed, market research is also carried out, and Saarni GB Oy's advertising and marketing.

Information is not transferred from the controller to external companies for marketing purposes. The servers and other technical aids used in data processing may be owned and managed by an external service provider used by the controller. Depending on the service provider, the data is located in Finland or outside the borders of Finland in the data warehouses of the owners of the services used by Saarni GB Oy. They can also be outside the EU or EEA.

Use of cookies

On our website, we use the so-called cookie function, i.e. cookies. A cookie is a small text file that can be sent to the user's computer and stored there, which enables the website administrator to identify visitors who visit the website frequently, to facilitate the login of visitors to the website, and to enable the compilation of composite information about the visitors. Right of inspection

According to Section 28 of the Personal Data Act, everyone has the right to find out what information about them has been stored in the register or to find out if they are in the register. The person must submit a request for inspection rights to Saarni GB Oy in writing by stating both their name and email address. The person concerned must make an inspection request either by e-mail or with a personally signed letter. Saarni GB Oy does not receive data verification requests by phone or at its office, but always requires a written data verification request.

Correction of personal data and right of refusal

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Personal Data Act, the registered person has the right to demand that his data be corrected, deleted or supplemented.

Pursuant to Section 30 of the Personal Data Act, every registered person has the right to prohibit Saarni GB Oy from processing information about him/her for marketing purposes. Saarni GB Oy will then enter a marketing ban on the person in its register in order to be able to comply with the right to ban.
