Return policy

Saarni GB Oy offers its customers the right to return a product purchased from an online store within 14 days of purchase. 14 is calculated from the day of receiving the order. Saarni GB Oy is not responsible for return costs. The product must be returned in perfect condition incl. original packaging materials, price tags and product information labels and must be in the condition in which they were purchased. Product shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restrictions on the right of return are determined in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act of Finnish Law: Sealed products have no right of return once the product packaging has been opened. Hygiene and intimate products do not have a right of return after opening the package, as the product is not returnable for sale due to its nature. Hygiene and intimate products include perfumes, soaps, greases, creams, underwear, shaving utensils and dishes. Products tailored for customer cannot be returned (e.g. clothes with modifications for customer).

The purchaser is legally liable for impairment if he has used the product. Returned products must be carefully packaged and the buyer is responsible for the condition of the product during its return shipment.

A non-refundable package that is returned to us without being picked up will incur a € 10 processing fee. So do not order the product if you do not intend or are unable to pick it up. The customer is responsible for the collection point, address, telephone number, and name information provided by him.
