Delivery and returns

Delivery from the online store 

Saarni GB Oy offers a transport service provided by Posti to Finland and the Baltic countries, as well as UPS delivery outside Finland to other EU countries, the United Kingdom, and the USA. Packages are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Products from a single order may be delivered in multiple shipments, but we strive to ship all products in one batch. 

Delivery is free for orders over €100 in Finland, and smaller orders cost €4.90. Home delivery costs €14.90 in Finland. Delivery to the Baltic countries via Posti is free for orders over €250, and smaller orders cost €8.90. Delivery to other EU countries is free for orders over €250, and smaller orders cost €9.90. Delivery to Norway is free for orders over €500, and smaller orders cost €9.90. Delivery to the United Kingdom is free for orders over €500, and smaller orders cost €14.90. Delivery to the USA costs €14.90.

We also offer the option to pick up the product from our boutique. Pickup is free of charge and the product can be picked up immediately after the transaction, considering the aforementioned points.

The processing of a completed order is aimed to be done within 48 hours of its receipt. A completed order refers to an order where all products are in our stock and reserved for the order, and the payment method for the order has been approved. 

Saarni GB Oy does not accept reservations in the online store.

Posti: Send the package to a parcel locker (Forum block, Turku) or to a Posti service point.

Returns are subject to a fee. You can send the package from a Posti service point or more affordably by purchasing a printable shipping label for the package on Posti's website. For returns outside Finland, we recommend using UPS. Sending a package from Posti's online store in Finland costs depending on the size, S size €6.90 or M size €8.90 (our most popular sizes). Read the instructions from Posti or UPS on how to proceed. 

Saarni GB Oy offers its customers the right to return a product purchased from the online store within 14 days of purchase in accordance with consumer protection law. Saarni GB Oy is not responsible for return costs. The product must be returned in good condition including original packaging materials, price and product description tags, and it must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase so that the product can be resold. Shipping costs for the product will not be refunded.

The restrictions on the right of return are determined in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act: Sealed products cannot be returned once the product packaging has been opened. Hygiene and intimate products cannot be returned after the package has been opened because the product cannot be resold due to its nature. Hygiene and intimate products include, for example, perfumes, soaps, creams, lotions, underwear, shaving tools, and dishes. Customized products for the customer do not have a right of return (e.g., products altered by a tailor for the customer).

The buyer is legally responsible for any depreciation in value if they have used the product. Products to be returned must be carefully packed, and the buyer is responsible for the condition of the product during its return shipment.

A handling fee of €10 will be charged for a package that is left unclaimed and returned to us. Therefore, please do not order the product if you do not intend or are unable to pick it up. The customer is responsible for the pickup point, address, phone number they provide.  and from the name information. 

Exchange and return for items purchased from a brick-and-mortar store

Products purchased from a brick-and-mortar store have a free exchange policy. The product can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if it is unused and in saleable condition, including packaging and labeling information. The product can be exchanged for a similar item or a gift card, for example. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please note that for products purchased in December, we offer an extended exchange period until January 14th.

Please note that products purchased from the brick-and-mortar store are not eligible for returns.
