Delivery

Saarni GB Oy offers the transport service provided by Posti. Usually packages depart in 1-2 business days. Products in an individual order can be delivered in multiple shipments, but we aim to mail all products in one batch.

We also offer the opportunity to pick up a product from our boutique. Pickup is free of charge and the product can be picked up immediately after the payment transaction, taking into account the above.

We aim to process your completed order within 48 hours of receiving it. A ready-made order means an order in which all the products are in our warehouse and reserved for the order, and the payment method for the order has been accepted.

Saarni GB Oy does not accept reservations in the online store.

Refunds are subject to a fee. You can send the package by any shipping carrier. 

Saarni GB Oy offers its customers the right to return a product purchased from an online store within 14 days of purchase. Saarni GB Oy is not responsible for return costs. The product must be returned in good condition incl. original packaging materials, price and product information labels and must be in the condition in which they were purchased at the time of purchase. Product shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restrictions on the right of return are determined in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act: Sealed products have no right of return once the product packaging has been opened. Hygiene and intimate products do not have a right of return after opening the package, as the product is not returnable for sale due to its nature. Hygiene and intimate products include perfumes, soaps, greases, creams, underwear, shaving utensils and dishes. Products tailored for the customer are not returnable.

The purchaser is legally liable for impairment if he has used the product. Returned products must be carefully packaged and the buyer is responsible for the condition of the product during its return shipment.

A non-refundable package that is returned to us without being picked up will incur a € 10 processing fee. So do not order the product if you do not intend or are unable to pick it up. The customer is responsible for the collection point, address, telephone number, and name information provided.
