Delivery from the online store
Saarni GB Oy offers a transport service provided by PostNord to Finland, EU countries and Norway. Parcels are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Products in a single order may be delivered in more than one shipment, but we aim to ship everything in one go.
Delivery is free for orders over €100 in Finland; smaller orders are €4.90. Home delivery in Finland costs €12.90.
Delivery outside Finland to other EU countries and Norway is free for orders over €150; smaller orders are €6.90. Home delivery to EU countries costs €14.90.
We also offer the option to collect your purchase from our boutique. Collection is free of charge, and the item can be picked up immediately after payment during opening hours.
We aim to process a completed order within 48 business hours of receiving it. A “completed order” means an order where all items are in stock with us and reserved for the order, and the chosen payment method has been approved.
Saarni GB Oy does not accept reservations in the online store.
Returns for an online store purchase
Please note that returns are subject to a fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You can send the parcel from a Posti service point, or more affordably by, for example, purchasing a printable shipping label for the parcel on Posti’s website.

You can send the parcel with a carrier of your choice, e.g. PostNord, Matkahuolto, Posti or UPS. For returns from outside Finland, we recommend using UPS.

Saarni GB Oy offers its customers the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to return a product purchased from the online store within 14 days of purchase. Saarni GB Oy does not cover return shipping costs. The product must be returned in good condition, including the original packaging materials, price and product information tags, and it must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase so that it can be put back on sale. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Limitations on the right of return are determined in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act: Sealed products have no right of return once the product packaging has been opened. Hygiene and intimate products have no right of return after the packaging has been opened, because by their nature the product cannot be returned for resale. Hygiene and intimate products include, for example, fragrances, soaps, oils, creams, underwear, shaving tools and bowls. Customised products made for the customer have no right of return (e.g. items altered by a tailor for the customer).
In accordance with the law, the buyer is responsible for any diminished value if they have used the product. Returned items must be packed carefully, and the buyer is responsible for the condition of the product during return transport.
For an unclaimed parcel that is returned as not collected, a €15 handling fee will be charged, and for orders placed outside Finland a €35 handling fee will be charged. So please don’t order an item if you don’t intend to—or aren’t able to—collect it. If you have any issues receiving an online order, please contact us and we’ll find a suitable solution together. The customer is responsible for the pickup point, address, phone number, and name details they provide.
Exchanges and returns for purchases from our brick-and-mortar boutique
Products bought from our boutique have a free right of exchange. You can exchange the item within 14 days of purchase if it is unused and in saleable condition, including packaging and product labelling information. The item can be exchanged, for example, for a similar product or a gift card. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can also be used in the online store. Please note that for items purchased in December, we offer an extended exchange period until 14 January.
Please note that products purchased from our brick-and-mortar boutique do not have a right of return.
