Delivery from the online store
Saarni GB Oy offers a delivery service provided by PostNord to Finland, EU countries, and Norway. Packages are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Products from a single order may be delivered in multiple shipments, but we aim to ship all products in one batch.
Delivery is free for orders over €100 in Finland, and €4.90 for smaller orders. In Finland, home delivery costs €12.90.
Delivery outside Finland to other EU countries and Norway is free for orders over €150, and €6.90 for smaller orders. Home delivery to EU countries costs €14.90.
We also offer the option to pick up the product from our boutique. Pickup is free of charge and the product can be collected immediately after the payment transaction during opening hours.
We aim to process a completed order within 48 business hours of receiving it. A completed order means an order where all products are in our stock and reserved for the order, and the payment method has been approved.
Saarni GB Oy does not accept reservations in the online store.

You can send the package with the carrier of your choice, e.g. PostNord, Matkahuolto, Posti, or UPS. For shipments outside Finland, we recommend using UPS.
Saarni GB Oy offers its customers the statutory right to return a product purchased from the online store within 14 days of purchase. Saarni GB Oy is not responsible for return costs. The product must be returned in good condition, including original packaging materials, price and product tags, and it must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase so that it can be resold. Shipping costs for the product will not be refunded.
Restrictions on the right of return are determined according to Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act: Sealed products do not have a right of return once the product packaging has been opened. Hygiene and intimate products do not have a right of return after the packaging has been opened, as the product cannot be resold due to its nature. Hygiene and intimate products include, for example, perfumes, soaps, creams, lotions, underwear, shaving equipment, and dishes. Products customized for the customer do not have a right of return (e.g., products altered by a tailor for the customer).
The buyer is legally responsible for any decrease in value if the product has been used. Returned products must be carefully packed, and the buyer is responsible for the condition of the product during the return shipment.
For a package that is not collected and is returned unclaimed, a €15 handling fee will be charged, and for orders made outside Finland, a €35 handling fee will be charged. So please do not order a product if you do not intend or are unable to collect it. If you encounter a problem receiving your online store order, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution together. The customer is responsible for the pickup point, address, phone number, and name information.
Exchange and return for products purchased from the brick-and-mortar store
Products purchased from the brick-and-mortar store have a free exchange right. You can exchange the product within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused and in a saleable condition, including packaging and product labeling information. The product can be exchanged, for example, for a similar product or a gift card. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can also be used in the online store. Please note that for products purchased in December, we offer an extended exchange period until January 14th.
Please note that products purchased from the brick-and-mortar store do not have a right of return.
