Delivery and returns

Delivery from the online store 

Saarni GB Oy offers a delivery service provided by PostNord to Finland, EU countries, and Norway, as well as UPS delivery to the United Kingdom and the USA. Packages are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Products from a single order may be delivered in multiple shipments, but we strive to ship all products in one batch. 

Delivery is free for orders over €100 in Finland, and smaller orders cost €4.90. Home delivery in Finland costs €12.90.

Delivery outside Finland to other EU countries and Norway is free for orders over €150, and costs €6.90 for smaller orders. Home delivery to EU countries costs €14.90. Delivery to the UK is free for orders over €500, and costs €14.90 for smaller orders. Delivery to the USA costs €14.90.

We also offer the option to pick up the product from our boutique. Pickup is free of charge and the product can be collected immediately after the transaction during opening hours.

The processing of a completed order is aimed to be done within 48 business hours from its receipt. A completed order refers to an order where all products are in our stock and reserved for the order, and the payment method for the order has been approved. 

Saarni GB Oy does not accept reservations in the online store.

You can send the package with a carrier of your choice, e.g., PostNord, Matkahuolto, Posti, or UPS. From outside Finland, we recommend using UPS.  

Saarni GB Oy offers its customers the right to return a product purchased from the online store within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with consumer protection law. Saarni GB Oy is not responsible for return costs. The product must be returned in good condition, including original packaging materials, price tags, and product labels, and it must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase so that it can be resold. Shipping costs for the product will not be refunded.

The restrictions on the right of return are determined in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act: Sealed products cannot be returned once the product packaging has been opened. Hygiene and intimate products cannot be returned after the package has been opened because the product cannot be resold due to its nature. Examples of hygiene and intimate products include perfumes, soaps, creams, lotions, underwear, shaving tools, and dishes. Products customized for the customer do not have a right of return (e.g., products altered by a tailor for the customer).

The buyer is legally responsible for the depreciation if they have used the product. Products to be returned must be carefully packed, and the buyer is responsible for the condition of the product during its return transportation.

For a package left unclaimed and returned as uncollected, a handling fee of €15 will be charged, and for orders made outside Finland, a handling fee of €35 will be charged. Therefore, please do not order the product if you do not intend or are unable to collect it. If you encounter any issues with receiving your online store order, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution together. The customer is responsible for the pickup point, address, phone number they provide.  and from the name information.

Exchange and return for items purchased from a brick-and-mortar store

Products purchased from a brick-and-mortar store have a free exchange policy. The product can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if it is unused and in saleable condition, including packaging and labeling information. The product can be exchanged for a similar item or a gift card, for example. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can also be used online. Please note that for products purchased in December, we offer an extended exchange period until January 14th.

Please note that products purchased from a brick-and-mortar store are not eligible for returns.
