Delivery and return

Delivery from the online store

Saarni GB Oy offers a transport service produced by Posti. Usually, packages leave in 1-2 business days. The products of a single order can be delivered in several shipments, but we aim to mail all the products in one batch.

We also offer the possibility to pick up the product from our boutique. Pick-up is free of charge and the product can be picked up immediately after the payment transaction, taking into account the above issues.

The aim is to process the finished order within 48 hours of receiving it. A ready order means an order in which all the products are in our warehouse and reserved for the order, and the payment method of the order has been approved.

Saarni GB Oy does not accept reservations in the online store.

Return to online store purchase

Send the package to a parcel machine (Forum kortteli, Turku) or to a post office.

There is a charge for the return. You can send the package from a Posti office, or the return is cheaper, e.g. by buying a postage label to be printed on the package on Posti's website. Sending a package from Posti's online store costs depending on the size, S size €6.90 or M size €8.90 (our most popular sizes). Read Posti's instructions on how to act.

Saarni GB Oy offers its customers the right to return a product purchased from the online store within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Saarni GB Oy is not responsible for return costs. The product must be returned in good condition, incl. the original packaging materials, price and product information labels and it must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase so that the product can be put up for sale again. Product shipping costs are not refunded.

Restrictions on the right of return are determined in accordance with Chapter 6, 16 of the Consumer Protection Act: Sealed products do not have the right to return once the product packaging has been opened. Hygiene and intimate products do not have the right of return after opening the package, because the product cannot be returned for sale due to its nature. Hygiene and intimate products include, for example, perfumes, soaps, fats, creams, underwear, shaving equipment and dishes. Products customized for the customer do not have the right of return (e.g. products customized by a tailor for the customer).

According to the law, the buyer is responsible for the reduction in value if he has put the product into use. The products to be returned must be packed carefully and the buyer is responsible for the condition of the product during its return transport.

A €10 handling fee will be charged for an unclaimed package that returns to us unclaimed. So you don't order a product if you don't intend to or can't pick it up. The customer is responsible for the pick-up point, address, phone number, and name information they provide themselves.

Exchange and return for those purchased from a brick-and-mortar boutique

The product purchased from Kivijalkato boutique has the right to exchange free of charge. The product can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, if the product is unused and salable, including packaging and product labeling information. The product can be exchanged for, for example, a similar product or a gift card. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please note that for products purchased in December, we offer an extended exchange right until January 14.

Please note that products purchased from brick-and-mortar boutiques do not have the right of return.
