Wooden fountain pen ⎪Ironwood ⎪ James Gilbert
The fountain pen made from orange-brown ironwood from the Sonoran deserts is a unique piece. The dark, blackish-brown grains of the wood give the fountain pen beautiful and decorative patterns.
Shiny chrome metal parts beautifully frame the wooden pen. The wood surface has a wax + oil treatment.
The pen has a screw cap that doesn't open accidentally and protects the tip from bumps.
With the fountain pen, you will receive two ink cartridges, one blue and one black, as well as a refillable ink reservoir with a pump cylinder mechanism that allows you to use ink directly from the bottle in the future.
You can get more ink for the pen from a regular bookstore, but always remember to use water-soluble ink (not calligraphy ink!).
With good care, the pen is eternal!
