Gloves

Leather gloves give the wearer a neat and elegant impression. In addition to the appearance, high-quality gloves feel soft and comfortable in the hand and, if well maintained, will only improve with time.

The most commonly used material for gloves is sheep or deer leather, but other leathers are also used. The ones made of sheep can be recognized by the smooth, slightly shiny surface, the inwardly sewn seams and the cheaper price tag. Gloves made of deer are slightly coarser than sheep, the seams are outwards and the surface is a little more lively and matte. Gloves made of deer, in particular, often have hand-made stitching, which adds a nice touch to the look. Deer is a slightly stronger and higher quality material, so the more valuable material is also reflected in the price of the final product.

A high-quality glove can be recognized by the material, good fit, and details polished to the last . A good glove has between the fingers the so-called diamond piece that ensures a good fit and finger mobility, giving the glove a long service life.

Also hand-made finishes, such as stitching, often reveal that the glove is made with piete.

As a rule of thumb when choosing a leather glove, you should choose the one that is a little sticky when you buy it, in use the glove seems to melt into your hand, following the shape of your hand.

In our selection you can find men's classic driving gloves for driving and men's winter gloves. All of our leather gloves are designed to fit the fingers, so we can offer a selection that you won't find anywhere else in Finland.
