The shirt holder holds the collar down. Prevents the shirt from rising from the pants when the hand is raised above shoulder height.

Elastic bands pull the shirt back into the pants, and the shirt doesn't hang as a bag over the pants either.

Select the size of your lower thigh circumference (see photos):

S / M size: less than 57cm

L / XL size: 58-65cm

XXL size: 66-75cm
