Wooden Ballpoint Pen ⎪ Bog Oak ⎪ James Gilbert
A wooden ballpoint pen made from 'Bog Oak' (3000BC) wood, which has been preserved in the depths of a bog for thousands of years and slowly fossilized, is a genuine piece of history. The wood, which has survived in an oxygen-free environment for millennia, has gradually compacted and darkened to almost completely black.
The metallic and shiny, chrome metal parts provide a stunning contrast to the otherwise black pen.
The pen's ink mechanism is easily replaceable when the ink runs out, and Parker-type inks can be found in all well-stocked bookstores.
With good care, the pen is eternal.
Model: Hunston.
Refill: Parker
Origin of the cone: Norfolk, England.
Handmade in England.
Wooden pencils made in England are really stunning and built to last through use and time. And best of all, the pencils are completely unique! A wooden pencil is also a really nice gift idea for a man who already has everything!
