Wooden Ballpoint Pen ⎪ Bog Oak ⎪ James Gilbert
The wooden ballpoint pen made from 'Bog Oak' (3000BC) wood, also known as 'ancient oak', which has been preserved for thousands of years in the depths of the bog and slowly fossilized, is a genuine piece of history. Over millennia, the wood preserved in an oxygen-free environment has gradually compacted and darkened to almost completely black.
The gunmetal and shiny chrome metal parts provide a stunning contrast to the otherwise black pen.
The pen's ink mechanism is easily replaceable when the ink runs out, and Parker-type refills can be found in all well-stocked bookstores.
With proper care, the pen will last forever.
Model: Hunston.
Refill: Parker
Cone origin: Norfolk, England.
Handcrafted in England.
The wooden pens made in England are truly stunning in appearance and built to withstand use and time. And best of all, each pen is completely unique! A wooden pen also makes a really nice gift idea for the man who already has everything!
