Wooden Fountain Pen ⎪Sandringham Oak⎪ James Gilbert
The handmade fountain pen is made from English Sandringham oak. Sandringham is a village in the Norfolk countryside, known among other things as a holiday home for the British royal family.
The beautiful, light oak is old, strong, and durable wood, complemented by a high-gloss lacquer and bright, chrome metal parts to add extra luxury to the pen.
The pen has a screw cap that won't open accidentally and protects the tip from bumps.
With the fountain pen, you get two ink cartridges, one blue and one black, as well as a refillable ink reservoir with a pump cylinder mechanism, allowing you to use ink directly from a bottle in the future.
You can get more ink for your pen from any regular bookstore, but always remember to use water-soluble ink (not calligraphy ink!).
With proper care, the pen will last a lifetime!
Model: Compton.
Country of origin of the wood: Sandringham, Norfolk, England.
